Eagles vs. Vikings 8:15pm
Eagles -6 (-110)
The Eagles will be missing two key players on defense in their secondary. James Bradberry and Reed Blankenship have been ruled out. This is not ideal when you're going up against one of the top wide receivers in the league (Justin Jefferson). However, Eagles top corner Darius Slay is healthy, and their pass rush is still intact. Philly should be able to put a lot of pressure on Kirk Cousins. The Vikings starting left tackle is questionable, and their starting center is out. The Eagles offense struggled in New England in week 1, but this Vikings defense is a much easier task. We expect the Eagles offense to get back on track. All of their injuries (other than Kenneth Gainwell) are on defense. The Eagles have plenty of depth at the running back position behind Gainwell. This line opened at 7, and has moved a point toward the Vikings throughout the week. Regardless of the line movement, we are going to lay the -6 points behind the Eagles in their home opener. Go Birds!
