The spreads in the two games last season between these teams were both right around 10 points, favoring the Bills. The Jets covered the spread in both of them, and won one of the games outright. In the offseason, the Jets acquired future hall of famer Aaron Rodgers to fix the QB problems that haunted them last season. Rodgers is a big upgrade from Zach WIlson. Outside of that, the core of both of these teams remains similar. The Bills return their offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, whereas the Jets have a new offensive coordinator in Nathaniel Hackett. It’s worth noting that Bills head coach Sean McDermott is expected to take over defensive play calling this season. This should help the Bills defense improve from last season. While we expect the Jets to be very good this season, we are going to side with the team who we feel has the better QB (Josh Allen), and has less new pieces on the roster and coaching staff.
