Our 2 Favorite NFL Bets For Week 9
(NFL) Bengals ML (-129) vs. Browns 1:00pm
We like this as a bounce back spot for the Bengals, coming off of a tough loss to the Jets. It's important to know that the Bengals were on a 3 game road trip heading into that Jets game. It is extremely difficult to win 3 straight road games in the NFL, so the let down there is understandable. When betting the NFL, it's important to be able to identify those trap spots. Today is a much better spot to back the Bengals. Joe Burrow and this Bengals team are 2-0 following a loss this season. They have scored over 30 points in 3 straight games. This Browns team is banged up right now, including losing the best run blocking tackle in the NFL (Jack Conklin). The Bengals are a heavy public play which is not ideal, but it's not enough to scare us off of them. We are going with a 1.5 unit bet on the Bengals moneyline.

(NFL) Panthers +4 (-110) vs. Patriots 1:00pm
The Panthers are 3-0 against the spread this season when Christian McCaffrey plays. Without McCaffrey this season, the Panthers are just 1-4 against the spread. He is expected to play today, but be sure to monitor his status as we approach kickoff. Over the last 2 seasons, the Patriots have only been road favorites 4 times, this will be the 5th today. In those 4 games, the Patriots are 1-3 against the spread. We are grabbing the 4 points with the home team.
