One MLB Bet To Consider On September 29th 2022
Rays @ Guardians 6:10pm
Rays Moneyline (-110)
Our bet is on the road team for a couple of reasons. First, Rays starting pitcher Jeffrey Springs has an edge over Guardians starter Cal Quantrill. The Rays have won 5 straight behind Springs, he's been great on the road, and his metrics across the board are better than Cal Quantrill. These two bullpens are both good, they are neck and neck in terms of our bullpen power rankings. The Guardians have already clinched their division and are locked into the 3 seed. They don't have much to gain with a win tonight, so it's certainly possible that the Guardians rest some players. The Rays on the other hand are still fighting for a wild card spot. They have a series against the Astros and the Red Sox (who have been playing very well) to close out the season. This is a key game for this Rays team, and our bet is on them to get the win.
