The Grizzlies suffered a tough overtime loss in game 4. Memphis now sits in a must win elimination game here in game 5. The Grizzlies' struggles from the three point line continued in game 4. They shot just 9 of 42 (21%) from beyond the arc, and have yet to have a breakout three point shooting performance in this series. The Grizzlies were the best home team in the NBA during the regular season (35-6 in Memphis). While they dropped game 1 at home, Memphis defended their home court without Ja Morant in game 2 (10 point win). It’s worth noting, LeBron James played 45 minutes in game 4. Anthony Davis and Austin Reaves played over 40 minutes. The Grizzlies also had several players over 40 minutes. However, Memphis is a much younger team. Youthful legs should play to their advantage here. The Lakers have limited heavy minutes and back to back spots for LeBron & AD throughout the second half of the season. Grizzlies -4 is our wager.
