Heat vs. Celtics 8:30pm
Eastern Conference Finals (Game 7)
Tonight in game 7 we are rolling with the Boston Celtics on the moneyline, and here are a few reasons why. First, as impressive as Jimmy Butler's performance was in game 6, it's very hard to imagine a 2nd straight performance like that. Especially against the #1 defense in the NBA with the Celtics. In game 6, the Heat got an incredible 47 point performance from Butler, they outshot the Celtics from 3 point range by roughly 10%. The Heat also scored at a higher percentage from the field and free throw line, and they out-rebounded the Celtics. Despite all of that, they only won by 8 points. Another thing to consider is that in the 3 games the Celtics have lost in this series, they've had 16 or more turnovers in all of them. The Heat are getting a ton of points off of these turnovers, and it's been the difference in a couple of these games. To give you an idea, when the Celtics turn the ball over less than 15 times, they are 10-2 this postseason! The winning recipe for the Celtics is simple. Protect the ball, play high level defense, and they will be in a good position to win the game. We are betting on who we believe is the better overall team. Anything can happen in a game 7, but our bet is one unit on the Celtics to advance to the finals.
