Bluntly put, the Broncos defense has been terrible this season. Denver has allowed 164 points in their last 4 games. We imagine this is one of the worst stretches of all time for an NFL defense. While the Broncos defense has clearly struggled, their offense has been quite good. Russell Wilson currently has a higher passer rating than Patrick Mahomes with a clean pocket (111.0 vs. 105.0), and under pressure (96.0 vs. 73.8). We are by no means saying Wilson is the same caliber QB as Mahomes, but those numbers should put into perspective how well Wilson has been playing. This a short week divisional matchup. One of the Chiefs key offensive players (Travis Kelce) is listed as questionable. 11 points is a bit too steep for us to lay with the Chiefs. Our wager is a half unit on the Broncos +11.
